The short version of what you can expect from WishVerse, and what we expect in return. This is a product summary rather than a formal legal agreement.
Using WishVerse
You need an account to create a birthday garden. Whoever you send it to does not; they simply open the link.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself, and for the content you put into a garden.
Content you upload
The photos and messages you add stay yours. You give WishVerse permission to store and display them for the purpose of showing the garden you created, and nothing else.
Please only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people who would be happy to appear.
Availability
WishVerse is offered as-is. We aim to keep it running and your gardens reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise.
Keep your own copies of any photos that matter to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use WishVerse to harass anyone, to publish someone else's private images without permission, or to break the law. We may remove content or close accounts that do.
